August Challenge!

Today I completed my August challenge of 10 workouts per month. Which is pretty weak, if you ask me, even though it’s the first month I’ve completed. If I was serious about my workout game, I would be completing a warm up, 1-3 routines, and a cooldown every day I use it, but I’m finding it’s cumbersome to do that many different routines per day. 15 days remaining, and it’s completed. It’s still exciting for me. And it’s what inspired me to start this blog.
