Tonight I was motivated to select a workout from the “Battle of the Abs” challenge. I decided to jump in and do the plank challenge. I’ve always liked planks, and to be honest, I was not surprised that I could handle the entire 15-minute challenge. It was about 12-13 minutes of planks. Standard planks on the elbows. High planks on full arms. Side planks. Reverse planks. By the last ones my arms were a little tired, and my abs were feeling the workout.

I didn’t think that was enough. I need to build my leg muscles to help support my weak knees. For those that are just meeting me, you’ll soon learn of all my wonky body parts. I definitely need to work on certain areas because of these weaknesses. I’ve been doing the “Killer Lower Body” challenge. I choose to Slay the Day with Caroline Pearce to “Build a Better Butt.”
