

Feeling bold. Feeling strong.
Sunday was a day filled with doing absolute nothing. By nightfall I was feeling pretty negative about myself. Finally I busted out FitOn, crashed out an Ab routine and felt mucho better. Woke up ready to grind again! I really like that in the longer workout this morning, the instructor provided good additional cues. I’m not a Pilates expert but she was able to give simple tips, such as looking at my thighs when I’m crunching because looking up work’s different neck muscles. simple, and I’ll remember that one. I also love that she gives different levels of the skill, and encourages all levels.
