Good Morning Abs

Whittle the Middle – I’ve done this one before, but it wasn’t the one I was expecting. I really like it. 10-minutes if pure Abs.

3-exercises for 30 seconds each – repeat Then 3 more exercises for 30 each – repeat And repeat the sequence one more time. Finish strong. Finish with some stretching. Great morning head-start on the day. I like the 8-13 minute abs best I think.
